1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one hawkbet account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date.

hawkbet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage — including before processing withdrawals or if unusual account activity is detected. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All hawkbet accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in PHP through supported Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and Philippine mobile banking via InstaPay or PESONet.

• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment channel and are displayed during the deposit process.
• hawkbet does not add fees to deposits. Your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for deposit where possible.
• Full identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• hawkbet reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending fraud review or verification.

5 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on hawkbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, game, or market at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand and accept those rules.

• All bets are final and binding once confirmed on the platform.
• hawkbet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at clearly incorrect odds, due to system malfunction, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
• In-play bets are subject to the live market rules in effect at the time of placement.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned before reaching a valid settlement point, stakes are generally refunded in accordance with sport-specific rules.
• Winnings are credited to your PHP account balance upon settlement of the relevant market.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

hawkbet may offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback, or other incentives to players from time to time. All such offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General principles that apply to all hawkbet promotional offers:

• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per player, household, or shared device or IP address, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to accounts other than the one receiving the offer.
• hawkbet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including using multiple accounts or collusion — will have bonuses voided and their account reviewed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hawkbet platform and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Opening more than one account per person.

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using hawkbet for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the platform.
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

8 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, OTP code, or account access with any other person under any circumstances.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting hawkbet support. Pending bets and verified PHP balances will be handled in accordance with the circumstances of the closure.

11 Limitation of Liability

hawkbet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
